PRODUCT INTEGRITY

Specialty Emulsions sets a high standard of quality in both its product and service requirements. Where possible our manufacturing is conducted local to the customer in question. This subsequently insures that the product can then be offered at a reasonable and fair market price.
All our suppliers and manufacturers go through a rigid preferred supplier process. This ensures that we can guarantee the integrity of our products and services. All raw material suppliers are rigorously tested to ensure that they continuously supply us material that conforms to our internal standard and are of a high quality.
Our manufacturing sites must also adhere to this high level of quality. To ensure this all sites must meet our internal standard requirements. All products produced are tested to ensure that they meet our product specification prior to dispatch to our customers.
To ensure that the level of quality is maintained throughout all manufacturing sites regular audits are conducted by Specialty Emulsions personnel. These audits then form the basis of continuous process improvement.
